ATW is delighted to announce that the Tapestry Design Prize for Architects 2018 finalists and the tapestry 22 Temenggong Road, Twilight will be exhibited in Brisbane in March as part of the 2019 Asia Pacific Architecture Forum.
Held every two years by the Australian Tapestry Workshop, (ATW) these unique awards celebrate creativity and excellence in contemporary tapestry, and are the most prestigious small tapestry awards in Australasia.
Congratulations to ATW weavers Chris Cochius and Pamela Joyce for completing a special tapestry portrait of esteemed Melbourne barrister Alan C Archibald QC of Owen Dixon Chambers West.

The wonderful Treasure Hunt tapestry is currently showing at ARC ONE Gallery as part of Guan Wei's solo exhibition Chivalry alongside new paintings and sculptures by the artist.
Congratulations to Arturo Muela, Paola Ibarra and Daniela Gutiérrez for winning the People's Choice Award in the Tapestry Design Prize for Architects 2018 for their design Colliding Universes in Saint Peter's Four Meter Woollen Eye.
