Drawing is the basis of Gosia's practice, extending towards performance, interactive situations, installation, sound, photo and moving-collage; she refers to it as trans-disciplinary drawing.

Gosia was born in Poland and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts with Distinction from Poznan Academy of Fine Arts, Poland.

Since her arrival in Australia in 1996, Gosia has been awarded numerous prizes and grants, held over 60 solo exhibitions, 55 performances and participated in important Australian and international exhibitions. Her work is represented in many major collections.
