Dovecot Master Weaver David Cochrane visits ATW

Dovecot Master Weaver David Cochrane has arrived at ATW for a three-week exchange. During his time at ATW, David will work on the Morning Star tapestry and also share his knowledge and experience in tapestry weaving with the team.

David's trip followed the exchange of our ATW Weaver InternsKarlie Hawking, Leith Maguire and Sophie Morris toDovecot Studios, Edinburghin September 2017.

The ATW & Dovecot Studios Weaver Exchange program is an ongoing collaboration designed to helpweavers expand upon their knowledge of international weaving techniques.The ATW & Dovecot Studios Weaver exchange program is generously supported by The Myer Scholarship through the Tapestry Foundation of Australia.
