Australian Craft and Design Centres (ACDC)

The Australian Tapestry Workshop is a member of ACDC, a group of peak organisations from all states and territories in Australia that represent the professional craft and design sector. The organisations engage with the sector at a local, national and international level and offer services and programs that support sustainable practice.

artisan
artisan is Queensland peak craft body, presenting and promoting quality craft to an Australian and international audience.

Australian Tapestry Workshop
The Australian Tapestry Workshop is a  world leading visual arts organisation, creating and promoting contemporary woven tapestry, primarily through collaboration with living artists.

Canberra Glassworks
Canberra Glassworks provides artists with workshop opportunities, studios and mentor-ship. 

Central Craft
Central Craft is a not-for-profit organisation, based in Alice Springs that supports and promotes craft and design in Central Australia.

Craft ACT
Craft ACT: Craft and Design Centre provides support for and development of contemporary craft and design in ACT. 

Craft Australia
Craft Australia is the national peak body advocacy organisation for the Australian Craft and Design sector.

Craft Victoria
Craft Victoria promotes creativity, experimentation and professional practice in contemporary craft and design.

Craft South
Craft South is a peak industry organisation for craft, design and visual art practitioners in South Australia.

Design Centre- Tasmania
The Design Centre - Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the support of Tasmanian design. The organisation runs a program of temporary and touring exhibitions and a retail space.

FORM
FORM is a cultural organisation that works to enhance Western Australia's competitiveness and creativity through industry, regional and Indigenous development programs.

JamFactory
The JamFactory, based in South Australia, supports the professional development of practitioners in the areas of design, production, exhibition and sale of Australian contemporary craft and design.

Object
Established in 1964, Object is considered to be one of Australia's most innovative arts organisations. Object is a not-for-profit organisation that creates opportunities for people to engage with craft, design and creativity through dynamic and high-quality exhibitions, publishing, retail, online and educational activities.

Sturt Contemporary Australian Craft
Sturt is a centre of excellence for contemporary craft education. Situated in Mittagong, New South Wales, Sturt has played a developmental role in contemporary studio craft and design in Australian since the 1940s.

Territory Craft
Territory Craft is a membership based organisation which represents craft and design practitioners working in the Top End and Katherine. They are based in Darwin in the Northern Territory and support the development of makers through an Artist in Residence program; exhibitions; workshops, a retail boutique and craft fairs.
